Appraisal Reports
Evaluating the value of a property or asset through data collection and market analysis. The narrative report details the findings and rationale behind the estimate of value, serving as a crucial tool for financial institutions in real estate transactions and investment decisions.
Restricted Appraisal Reports
Restricted appraisal reports are more limited in description and scope, suitable for clients requiring a brief summary of a property's value. Such a report is intended for specific lending or renewal purposes and relied upon by clients where reduced report writing and lower fees are permitted.
Real Estate Consulting
Additional services include providing expert witness testimony and Real Estate litigation consulting, eminent domain cases, feasibility analysis and prospective Real Estate development.

About Jack.
Jack Mounteer is an experienced Florida State Certified General Appraiser, Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, Florida State Certified Building Contractor, Corporate Finance and Real Estate Executive, and Real Estate Financial Consultant with over 30 years of diverse experience in the Real Estate, Banking and Finance sectors. Mr. Mounteer holds a full Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from the Graduate School of Business at Florida State University. Additionally, he holds degrees from the University of Florida and Florida State University, including a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Risk Management from Florida State University and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from the University College at University of Florida. Jack Mounteer holds a number of licenses and certifications within State of Florida including; State-Certified General Appraiser RZ2294, Real Estate Broker License BK3233772 and Certified Building Contractor License CBC027146.
Mr. Mounteer has been appraising, financing, analyzing, and marketing property throughout the United States for over 30 years. His analytical and commercial real estate expertise extends across a broad spectrum of property types, from the smallest investment properties to complex medical facilities, regional retail centers, urban office towers, special purpose industrial facilities, major distribution centers, residential subdivisions, mixed-use planned unit developments, condominium projects, apartment complexes, developments of regional impact, and resort properties.
